What to expect
In this workshop we will learn about what InnerSource is all about and why companies and their development teams will benefit from it. Given today's challenges in the development of complex, demanding and high-performance applications, it is not enough to think about and implement agile development and project management methods.
It is much more important to think outside the box and consider best practices from all areas and domains, such as open source development. And that is where InnerSource comes into play.
